RETURN POLICY

Online Store Return & Warranty Policy

Return Timeframe:

  • All eligible items have a return timeframe of 14 days from the delivery date. As we rely on our suppliers, who are the distributors/manufacturers, we strictly adhere to this timeframe.

Return Policy:

  • Standard Returns: Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date if they haven't been installed or assembled and are in their original packaging.

  • Changed Mind/Incorrect Order: If an incorrect item was ordered or you’ve changed your mind, a full refund will not be provided. A 15% restocking fee will apply. The cost of returning the item to the provided address will be borne by the customer. Items shipped to unauthorized addresses or without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back.

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: Report damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items within 7 days from the delivery date if they haven't been installed or assembled and are in their original packaging. In cases where we can't provide a full replacement or replacement parts at no cost, we will offer a full refund. If you prefer not to have parts or a replacement unit, you can return under our standard return policy. Please retain the original packaging until you've inspected the contents. It's necessary for returns related to damaged/defective/incorrect items.

  • Products sold by Toweart are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise indicated on our site. Warranty periods and services may vary by manufacturer and product. If you encounter any issues after the 14-day period, please reach out to the manufacturer directly. We are happy to provide the manufacturer's contact information.
